Fall Dance

Fall Dance is on Friday, October 25th, from 6-9 in the lunchroom. Admission is $5 for PTSA members, $7 for non-members. No guests, only Floyd students or parents may attend.

There will be music, food, dancing and a costume contest! Pizza, nachos, drinks, AND candy cart will be sold for $1 each. 

IMPORTANT COSTUME REMINDER: NO MASKS THAT COVER THE FACE. (MAKE-UP IS ALLOWED) NO INAPPROPRIATE COSTUMES (I.E. COSTUMES THAT ARE TOO SHORT OR REVEALING OR ANYTHING CONTAINING PROFANITY) WILL BE ALLOWED. ALL STUDENTS’ COSTUMES WILL BE CHECKED AT THE ADMISSIONS TABLE BEFORE ENTRY TO THE DANCE. ANYONE FOUND TO BE WEARING AN INAPPROPRIATE COSTUME WILL BE GIVEN A LARGE TRASH BAG TO WEAR OVER THE COSTUME UNTIL HIS OR HER PARENT ARRIVES TO PICK THEM UP.

For your child’s safety during this event, parent & teacher volunteers will be monitoring doors, parking lots and bathrooms. Children must stay in the lunchroom and will not be allowed to wander the parking lots or school halls. To pick up your child after the dance, you may park and walk into the lunchroom or may call/text your child when you are close to the school.
