Trivia Competition to Benefit Schools

Love trivia? Looking for a way to help FMMS win some prize money?

What: The Montgomery Education Foundation’s Partners In Education is hosting the 1st Annual Capital City Trivia Challenge to benefit Montgomery Public Schools.

Prizes: 1st place team $1,000; 2nd place team $500; 3rd place team $250 (additional drawings for prizes during the event for those in attendance – spectators or participants)

When: Thursday September 25, 2014 at 6:30 p.m.

Where: Frazer Methodist Church – Wesley Hall

Who: Teams of 5 to 10 players compete on behalf of schools. The teams can be students, parents, teachers, and/or other friends of the school.

Cost: Free for one Floyd team because an anonymous donor is willing to pay the entry fee for one team to play (entry fee is $100). Others may sponsor additional teams as needed.

But What Will They Ask: There are multiple rounds of trivia questions on current events, arts and culture, sports, science, geography, history, and local trivia.
